BamBoo Pavilion Workshop, AAU 2015

The purpose of this project was to provide knowledge for those who were interested in natural material like bamboo and bamboo sections in several styles.  The fittings were designed combining the bamboo and other iron materials to attach and weld roof, beam, pillar, and base. It was an opportunity which allowed the researcher to experiment, research, and construct the pavilion in a real scale.  It was beneficial to learn how to work at the site, how to solve construction problems, and how to apply potential of different materials.  Additionally, it was also my inspiration to learn more about design and how to use the computation tools before start building.
